By visiting this website, booking a service, and/or purchasing from our online store, you are agreeing to our terms and conditions (“Services,” “Terms of Service,” “Terms”). Definitions and Interpretation
“JEMIOR” refers to the JEMIOR website located at www.jemior.com, including all parts and elements thereof;
The term “user” means any person who enters or uses the JEMIOR website or any part or parts thereof.
Section 1 - General Terms
1.1 JEMIOR is a self-care sanctuary that offers functional holistic skincare treatments that blend the benefits of time-tested, holistic techniques with cutting-edge scientific technology.
1.2 JEMIOR reserves the right to refuse service at any time for any reason to any user.
1.3 The user agrees not to reproduce, duplicate, copy, sell, resell, or exploit any portion of the Service, or access to the Service, without the express written permission of JEMIOR.
1.4 The user understands that their content, with the exception of credit card information, may be transferred unencrypted, involving both transmissions over various networks and changes to conform and adapt to technical requirements. Credit card information will always be encrypted when transferred over networks.

2.3 If any user accesses or uses content from the JEMIOR website in breach of these terms and conditions, JEMIOR reserves the right to take the following measures

2.3.2. Institute criminal proceedings against the user

2.4 All licenses and/or permissions granted in the terms of this clause 2 are provided on a non-transferable and non-exclusive basis. JEMIOR reserves the right to terminate or cancel these at any time without providing any reasons thereof.

3.1 All intellectual property on the JEMIOR website, including but not limited to content, patents, design elements, hyperlinks, graphics, text, and trademarks, are the property of or are licensed to JEMIOR and are therefore protected from infringement by domestic and international legislation and treaties. All rights to intellectual property on the JEMIOR website other than those subject to the user in clause 2 are expressly reserved.
Section 4 - Changes and Amendments
JEMIOR expressly reserves the right to make any of the following changes and amendments at its sole discretion at any time without prior notice:

4.2 Amend the services and/or content available on the JEMIOR website;
4.3 Discontinue any service(s) available or any other aspect of the JEMIOR website; and/or
4.4 Change the software and hardware required to access and use the JEMIOR website.

5.1 JEMIOR shall take all reasonable steps to protect users’ personal information
5.2 JEMIOR may electronically collect, store, and use the following personal information of users:
5.2.1. Name and surname;
5.2.2. Contact numbers;
5.2.3. Non-personal click patterns and browsing habits;
5.2.4. Email address; and
5.2.5. IP address
5.3. JEMIOR collects, stores, and uses the above mentioned information for the following purposes:
5.3.1. To communicate requested information with the user;
5.3.2. To compile non-personal information about access to the JEMIOR website, click patterns, and browsing habits;
5.4 Information detailed above is either collected electronically through the use of cookies or voluntarily provided by the user. The user may independently determine cookie usage independently through their browser settings.
5.5 JEMIOR may collect, compile, save, maintain, share, disclose, and sell any information collected from users, subject to the following provisions:
5.5.1. JEMIOR shall not disclose personal information from the user without the user’s consent thereto;
5.5.2. JEMIOR shall only disclose information without the user’s consent through due legal process; and

5.6 JEMIOR owns and retains all rights to non-personal statistical information collected and compiled by JEMIOR.

6.1 JEMIOR may provide hyperlinks to target sites, or websites not controlled by them. Such links do not imply any agreement on, endorsement of, or support for the target site; and
6.2 JEMIOR does not editorially control the content on such sites and shall not, in any manner whatsoever, be liable for the access to, inability to access, or content available on or through such target sites. JEMIOR is not responsible for examining the content or accuracy of such sites.
Section 7 - Security
7.1 JEMIOR shall take all reasonable steps to secure the JEMIOR website’s content, and the information provided by/collected from users from disclosure and/or unauthorized access. However, JEMIOR does not make any warranties or representations that content shall be 100% safe and secure;
7.2 JEMIOR is under no legal obligation to encrypt content and/or communications to and from the JEMIOR website or to provide digital authentication of any page on the website;
7.3 Users are prohibited from delivering and/or attempting to deliver any damaging code, including computer viruses, whether purposefully or negligently to the JEMIOR website. The same prohibition applies to the server and computer network that support JEMIOR’s website;
7.4 Any person who delivers any damaging code, whether negligently or on purpose, shall hold JEMIOR harmless against any and all liability, damages, and losses JEMIOR and its partners/affiliates may suffer as a result of such damaging code. This is notwithstanding criminal prosecution; and
7.5 Users are prohibited from developing, distributing, or using any device to breach or overcome JEMIOR’s security measures. JEMIOR reserves the right to claim damages from any person concerned with a security breach or failure.
Section 8 - Disclaimer and Limitation of Liability
8.1 JEMIOR (including its owners, employees, suppliers, Internet service providers, partners, affiliates, and agents) shall not be liable for any loss, damage, or liability of any nature incurred by whomever and resulting from:
8.1.1. Access to the JEMIOR website;
8.1.2. Access to website linked to the JEMIOR website;
8.1.3. Inability to access the JEMIOR website;
8.1.4. Inability to access websites linked to the JEMIOR website;
8.1.5. Content available on the JEMIOR website;
8.1.6. Services available from the JEMIOR website;
8.1.7. Use of content from the JEMIOR website;
8.1.8. Any other reason not directly related to gross negligence by JEMIOR.
8.2. The JEMIOR website is supplied on an “as is” basis; it has not been specially compiled for the benefit of the user’s individual requirements. The user must take responsibility for determining whether the content available on and through JEMIOR’s website meets their needs and is compatible with the user’s software and hardware.

10.1 These terms and conditions constitute the entire agreement between JEMIOR and the user.
10.2 Any failure by JEMIOR to exercise and/or enforce any right or provision shall in no way constitute a waiver of such provision/right.
10.3 Any term or condition that is found to be invalid or unenforceable for any reason shall be severable from the remaining terms and conditions. All remaining terms and conditions shall remain applicable and enforceable.

These terms and conditions, as well as any separate agreements whereby JEMIOR provides the user with Services shall be governed in accordance with the laws of the United States.
Section 12 - Legal Costs
JEMIOR shall not be liable for any costs users may incur to obtain professional advice relating to these terms and conditions.
